Compensational payments

Recipients of monthly compensatory cash payments in the amount of 45 percent of the minimum wage are:

a) Persons equated to disabled persons and participants in the war of 1941-1945. The circle of persons equated with disabled persons and participants in the war is defined by Appendices № 1 and 2 of the Regulations on the Procedure for the Appointment and Payment of State Pensions, approved by Resolution № 252 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 8, 2011.

b) lonely pensioners in need of others' care;

c) Persons awarded with  the Hero of the Soviet Union, the Heroes of Socialist Labor and three degrees of the Order of Honor;

d) former underage prisoners of fascist camps;

e) citizens who worked during the siege of Leningrad;

f) disabled person of Group I on vision;

g) citizens suffered from Chernobyl catastrophe;

h) persons of retirement age who have served in nuclear firing ranges and other radiation-nuclear facilities.

Recipients of monthly compensation payments in the amount of 50 percent of the minimum wage are invalids and participants in the war of 1941 - 1945, with the exception of persons equated to them.

Recipients of monthly compensation payments in the amount of 25 percent of the minimum wage are participants of the labor front during the war of 1941-1945.
