Pensioners’ obligations

The pensioner receiving pension because of the loss of the wage-earner on invalid members of a family, is obliged to inform department of the off-budget Pension fund under Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan on changes in structure of members of a family on which the pension is paid, about the fact if their study has finished, and also about transition to the full state provision.

The pensioner (except receiving pension on the occasion of loss of the wage-earner) is obliged at the being admitted to work to inform about it a district (city) department of the off-budget Pension fund under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The pensioner has a duty to indemnify the damage caused to the state by excessive payment of the sums of pensions to the pensioner owing to abusing from its party (as a result of submission of the documents with obviously doubtful data, not submitting data on changes in structure of members of a family to which the pension in case of the wage-earner is assigned).

The pensioner receiving a pension through the branch of a commercial bank is obliged to confirm the right to receive the sums of pension each 6 months by coming to the division of the Pension Fund.

To confirm the rights to get a pension by coming to the division of the Pension fund not less than  once a year in cases of payment of pensions by a letter of attorney.

In cases of payment of disability pensions owing to industrial injuries or professional disease submit the document confirming the fact of a being alive for December, 31 each year if the pensioner is outside the Republic of Uzbekistan.

When all necessary documents are enclosed to submission the Pension fund can require all the documents necessary for pension assignment.

To submit corresponding documents for check of their validity of their deliveryon request of Pension fund divisions.
