The rights of employers

The employer has the following rights:

appeal against the decision on the appointment of pensions to employees;

receive explanations and information on the appointment of a pension, as well as to rely on the assistance of the Pension Fund departments in obtaining the necessary documents for the appointment of a pension;

to cover of costs on one-time benefits paid to employees (compensation for maternity leave, burial and for an extra day off for mother of disabled child), as well as compensation for pension payments to working pensioners.
