Obligations of the head of the department

- manages management activities;

- distributes job responsibilities among senior staff;

- within the competence of the district (city) departments of the fund, they issue orders, orders that they are obliged to carry out, issue instructions;

- approves the staff schedule of the administration within the established salary fund and based on the number of employees;

- hires and dismisses employees within the scope of their competence;

- organizes accounting of funds and material assets, preparation and presentation of statistical and accounting reports in accordance with the established procedure;

- Performs other tasks and powers within the framework of legislation.
