The following should be added to the application of the person applying for the appointment of old age pension:

  • a document confirming work experience, including special work experience;
  • salary certificate;

If necessary

  • in higher educational institutions (including military educational institutions where study is equivalent to military service, as well as in party schools), postgraduate studies (institute of interns-researchers-students), doctoral studies (institutes of senior researchers-students) and clinical residency, post-doctoral studies and doctoral studies (higher a diploma or certificate confirming full-time study, including study abroad;
  • a certificate confirming the time of raising the child until the child reaches the age of three, issued by the organization with which the woman has full employment relations in the period from the birth of the child until the child reaches the age of three, with copies of the orders on the leave for raising the child and the return from the leave;
  • A certificate confirming the time spent by wives of officers, ensigns, midshipmen and part-time military servicemen in places where it is not possible to assign them to work.
  • A certificate issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan confirming the time spent abroad by the wife (husband) of employees of diplomatic missions and consular institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as persons sent on business trips to positions assigned to international intergovernmental organizations by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
  • a document confirming that the applicant is considered a war participant or a person equivalent to him;
  • certificate of the treatment-prophylactic institution stating that the applicant is a patient with pituitary dwarfism (lilliput) or disproportionately small;
  • a document on the change of surname, first name, patronymic;
  • original or duplicate of a temporary labor certificate for self-employed citizens;
  • The Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Employment of the Republic of Uzbekistan, District (City) Population Employment Support Center's presentation on recognizing a person as unemployed;
