Payment of the assigned pension:

  • when the pensioner died;
  • in case of loss of the right to an assigned pension;
  • when determining the status of receiving a pension (social benefit) while staying in a foreign country;
  • pension payment is suspended upon departure from the Republic of Uzbekistan for permanent residence.

Payment of the assigned pension:

  • when will the retirement period end;
  • for more than three months in a row, when the delivery (transfer) of a pension is not received through the charged organization;
  • when a pensioner is deprived of liberty (address - except for persons serving sentences in colonies);
  • when a pensioner lives in boarding schools for people with mental disorders;
  • when a pensioner applies for suspension of pension payment;
  • the investigation, when the search was announced for persons who were hiding from the investigative authorities and the court, evaded the imposition of a criminal sentence, went missing;
  • The power of attorney is suspended if the person who issued the power of attorney does not arrive within the prescribed period to confirm the right to the pension assigned to him.

The payment of the assigned pension is suspended in other cases provided for by law.

Pension payment is restored after the pensioner or his legal representative arrives at the pension fund office and submits an application, as well as indicates an identity document.

In cases where a pensioner is unable to come to the Republic of Uzbekistan in a foreign country, the pensioner must apply to the diplomatic mission of the Republic of Uzbekistan abroad or a consular institution for the restoration of pension payments. It is necessary to confirm the absence of permanent residence status in the territory of a foreign state, as well as the impossibility of receiving a pension or social allowance.

The pension is not paid during the pensioner's stay in places of deprivation of liberty (except for address colonies) by court verdict. Pension payment after the pensioner's release is restored from the date of application to the pension fund department.

The restoration of pension payments is carried out on the basis of a decision of the commission.
