When a pensioner moves to live permanently in one district (city), as well as in another district (city) within the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the pension is paid at the previous place of residence until the end of the month in which the person was registered.
In this case, the payment of the pension will be continued by the Pension Fund department at the new place of residence of the pensioner after receiving the pension documents. In this case, the payment of the pension will be continued from the time when the payment of the pension at his previous place of residence was stopped, but for the period not exceeding twelve months before the date of the application for the purpose of calculation.
